Despite being a fully remote, globally distributed team with no prior experience in flight apps, we collaborated effectively to tackle the unique challenges of the project. Global Airlines, a UK-based company launching flights between the US and the UK, engaged our team to enhance their app experience. The Ask
The goal of the project was to create a flexible design solution for a client who was still seeking a development partner and was uncertain about whether to develop a web or mobile app. To address this, we focused on designing a responsive design system that could seamlessly adapt to both platforms.

Discovery and Research
We conducted a competitive audit focused on the core flows of login, booking, and loyalty, based on the client's requirements. The design team analyzed example flows from our research and held workshops with the broader team to refine and prioritize key features.

A Fully Responsive Web App
We designed and delivered a fully responsive web app for Global Airlines, incorporating essential features like login, booking, and loyalty flows. Our user-centered approach ensured an intuitive interface, with a streamlined login process for quick access and a booking flow that allowed users to easily search, select, and book flights. The loyalty program was seamlessly integrated, offering real-time updates on points and rewards. Prioritizing responsive design, we ensured a consistent experience across devices, ultimately enhancing user satisfaction and driving customer loyalty.
